Attention AllCARE for Seniors/MT Rogers PACE Providers:
Effective 5/01/2025, Meridian PACE Solutions (MPS) is the new third-party administrator for AllCARE for Seniors/MT Rogers PACE. Please submit all claims directly to MPS for processing starting 4/1/2025.
Below are the following submission options:
Clearinghouse:
Electronic claims (EDI) can be submitted through your preferred clearinghouse or directly to our clearinghouse. EDI is our preferred submission method and will ensure timely payment of your claims.
MPS payer ID # is MPSAB.
Standard Claim Submissions:
Claims can be submitted on standard CMS-1500 and UB-04 forms directly to MPS for processing. Claims will be scanned to our OCR vendor and routed to our clearinghouse.

If you are unable to submit claims electronically or on a standard claim form, you can submit your itemized claims directly to MPS. Please allow additional time for processing.
